Free Spirit Art is an idea I came up with to share my creativity with everybody else.

If I give you a brush and some colours, and after some talking and laughing, some agreeing and not agreeing, we could still get on with painting and see what we come up with, you do your thing and I do my thing, you know, just creating and sharing from an honest place.

You see painting must come from a place of integrity, that in my view is true expression, its something that comes from feeling, from inside your being.

Therefore, when you and me share in creativity we become one, one in expression,one in freedom to ourselves, and one in an environment of creativity resonating positive well-being and love.

That in essence is my idea of Free Spirit Art, free to express one's self with others.

The aspiration I have for Free Spirit Art is to establish a painting workshop where a collective of us assemble to paint and create art for the simple purpose of self expression with freedom without inhibition.

 

 

I remember Bruce Lee saying..."Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. When you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup; When you put water  into a bottle; it becomes the bottle; When you put water into a teapot, it becomes the teapot.

Now water can flow-or it can crash.
